Each relationship and deal is custom based on the needs, growth, and trajectory of a brand. We offer services, combine service and minority equity exchange, and explore full acquisitions with founders. We also launch innovations developed in-house with our AFVS team. Brand Acquisition
We explore these opportunities when we find a stellar founder aligned on values with a brand that has major growth potential. We find our sweet spot to be with brands looking to break into D2C, with weaknesses in digital marketing, creative, or operations. Often we work with founders who are ready to step back from the day to day and ready to focus on product or a specific aspect of the business.

Combined (Service/Equity)
For brands that have raised some funding but are still missing a few key pieces and know they need support. Brands typically have validated their product/idea and have some traction in the market. In this situation we often find a balance between a minority equity position (aligning shared growth incentives). We explore each on a case by case basis.

The AFVS team operates as a multi-disciplinary agency bringing experts together to lead projects focused on GTM, Operations, Brand, Storytelling, Impact, M&A. We offer service packages because sometimes you need support, have cash on hand, but can't shave another point off equity.
