Resident Advisor
Jarenz Castillo is a designer and entrepreneur passionate about creating work that brings people closer to themselves and each other. As the founder of Wisper Studios and a recent graduate of UC San Diego, Jarenz channels design as a tool for exploration, self-fulfillment, and community building.

His work spans wellness tech, creative collectives, and student advocacy. From designing Willo, a student-centered wellness app for UC San Diego Health, to founding Out The Archive, a 100+ member student organization, Jarenz is driven by the belief that design can make us feel seen, connected, and whole.
Heidi
Rataj
AFVS Resident Advisor
Heidi Rataj is a master at human-centered design for health and wellbeing, making her a perfect fit with our core values of creating positive social impact by building wellness into our brands. She currently serves as program director at UCSD Health Innovation Lab, where she leads teams in the research and design of human-centered healthcare innovations. Heidi draws on a background in storytelling, production, marketing, and human understanding that was polished over decades in the entertainment industry.
